Stepping Stone Falls highlights a series of man-made falls through steps and levels that help control the water level of the Flint River. After sunset, the falls are illuminated with multicolored lights set beneath the surface of the water. The park offers paved walking trails, benches and picnic tables, and during the summer visitors can take a scenic boat ride with Genesee Belle Cruises. The falls are at the base of the 600-acre Mott Lake in northeastern Flint, past Riverside Park.
